What Are the Regions of Perth & WA?

Over time, there have been different names and regions used when referring to regions of Perth and WA.  In order to be clear about which locations we’re referring to for general practitioner jobs in WA, we refer to the standard usage regions of WA, and the Metropolitan Region Scheme, where the Perth metropolitan region comprises the five subregions and 30 local government areas (20 cities, 3 shires, and 7 towns).
