2022 DPA Changes for WA – New nonVR GP Locations

After many years of shrinkage, we’ve seen significant changes to WA DPA zones, particularly around the outer metro area of Perth, as an outcome of the DPA appeal process.

The new DPA locations in WA are:

• Mandurah – 50 mins to Perth CBD
• Rockingham – 45 mins to Perth CBD
• Kwinana – 30 mins to Perth CBD
• Yanchep – 50 mins to Perth CBD
• Pinjarra – 60 mins to Perth CBD
• Two Rocks (MM2) – 60 mins to Perth CBD
• Bunbury (MM2) – 2 hrs to Perth CBD

*All of these locations are now DPA, and Health Workforce Certificate approved, allowing practices to support you for a temporary visa, and permanent residency.

**Bunbury and Two Rocks are now MM2, and DPA, so are eligible for NonVR GPs on PEP and MDRAP.
