Name change documentation (if applicable)

Your curriculum vitae (completed on the RACGP template) dated and signed within the last three months

Your primary medical degree certificate

Your specialist general practice medical degree certificate(s)

A letter of good standing from the organisation that issued your specialist qualification

Evidence of medical registration for all jurisdictions of practice since you graduated (with expiry dates if applicable)

Evidence of 50 hours continual professional development (CPD)

Letters of Support for each clinical post in the past 48 calendar months
Certified translations for documents in a language other than English

You must nominate RACGP in your AMC portal so we can view your verification and provide your AMC number to submit your application. Step-by-step instructions are available on the AMC website.

You may submit your application before EPIC verification has been completed if you have your EPIC number. however, your comparability assessment will not be finalised until EPIC verification is received.
