Whats the maximum acceptable break from practice for the RACGP application? Can a Comparability Assessment be rejected if the doctor has spent too long away from practice?
Your Comparability Assessment requires you to show the recency of practice. You should have worked in General Practice for at least 12 months’ FTE in the 48 calendar months, and at least four weeks’ FTE general practice in the 12 months prior to the date of the application for Comparability Assessment being accepted. It may be important to make sure your CV is correctly written – if you are unsure about this, please contact us to discuss.
