RACGP – Comparability Assessment Checklist

1. Pro forma curriculum vitae (completed on the online RACGP template)
2. Name change documentation (if applicable)
3. A scan of the photo page of your passport 
4. Your primary medical degree certificate
5. Your specialist medical degree certificate(s)
6. A Letter of Good Standing from the organisation that issued your specialist qualification
7. Evidence of medical registration for all jurisdictions of practice since you graduated
8. Evidence of 50 hours continual professional development
9. Clinical Case Analyses (10 cases)
10. Letters of Support to document you meet the recency criteria
11. Supporting documentation for gaps in clinical practice greater than 12 months
12. For documents in a language other than English, a certified translation is required in addition to original documentation

Notes

You must nominate RACGP in your AMC portal for us to be able to view your verification and provide your AMC number in order to submit your application. Step by step instructions are available on the AMC website.

You may submit your application before EPIC verification has been completed if you have your EPIC number, however your comparability assessment will not be finalised until EPIC verification is received.
